During this 15-month project, Patterson & Perkiss rebuilt
the interior of this 1830s Pine Street rowhome.
We created a large addition on the third floor for a new
master bedroom with hardwood floors, a skylight, bath and
fireplace. We installed a new spiral staircase leading to
the roof deck, converted the second floor bedroom into an
atrium-like space, and excavated the basement to create space
for an exercise room. The project was finished with limestone,
quarter sawn red oak and aluminum.
